One of Pam's previous classes was gifted with a foraging and plant identification walk hosted by local forager, Jackie Dill. Many of Pam's students chose to also purchase Jackie's informative CD collection of OK herbs, etc. KGOU radio went along and below is the link to the interview with Jackie as well as a slideshow from that walk. I believe in and strive to live by the teachings of our Grandmothers. Both those of my Native American and European ancestry. Many call these the Wise Women, or Elders or Crone ways. The old ways contain the simplicity of actually assisting Nature to let the most natural way of healing, etc to be done. And now, the technology of the new ages, can also allow us the freedom of combining both, to find our way to a balanced, more healthy lifestyle.

My hope is to combine my training, my knowledge and my love for herbs, into a circle of help and healing, that will help Families to improve their Health in a natural way, in tune with the Earth on their journey of life.
