Ordering Online - Healing Herbals is pleased to accept your order through our secured shopping cart. An email confirmation will calculate actual shipping charges. All orders outside the continental US will be calculated and adjusted at our office and any changes will be adjusted on the customers invoice.

You are welcome to pay for your merchandise by cashiers check, money order, personal check, or by Pay Pal. Merchandise will not be shipped until payment is received.

Receiving Broken Merchandise - We will insure any breakable or otherwise hard to replace items, this will be part of the shipping charges added. Otherwise, if an item leaks or is otherwise damaged, contact us and it will be handled on an idividual basis.

Merchandise which is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address (supplied by the customer) will be billed for any shipping charges that we are charged.

Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds, exchanges will be accepted after that time.

A $25.00 fee will be charged on any returned check.
